All content, designs, code, and materials created by Chargedetox remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Payment terms for our web design and development services:
Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work. Chargedetox will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines, but timelines may be affected by client feedback, content delivery, and unforeseen circumstances.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope will require a new agreement.
Chargedetox warrants that our web design and development services will be performed professionally. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our services are provided on an as-is basis.
Chargedetox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
